I wanted to work on my rice & beans and ran across this on SeriousEats.com – I think it’s simply one of the best, and simplest, rice & beans recipes I’ve ever sampled.
this is a fairly straightforward takoyaki recipe – I’ve been using 1/2 tsp hondashi per 2 cups water to make dashi – I think its fine, but I’m kinda waiting for someone to tell me that ratio is wrong…
